XML - HL7 - IHE ...

A la suite de l'article de 01 informatique publié hier sur ce blog, vous avez très nombreux à me poser des questions. Voici une note en guise de réponse, en espérant qu'elle couvrira tous les sujets abordés. Vous disposez de nombreux liens pour approfondir vos connaissances ainsi que de deux fichiers pdf à télécharger.

• XML (eXtensible Markup Language ou langage de balisage extensible) est un standard du World Wide Web Consortium qui sert de base pour créer des langages balisés spécialisés; c'est un « méta langage ». Il est suffisamment général pour que les langages basés sur XML, appelés aussi dialectes XML, puissent être utilisés pour décrire toutes sortes de données et de textes.Il s'agit donc partiellement d'un format de données.

ealth Level Seven is one of several American National Standards Institute (ANSI) -accredited Standards Developing Organizations (SDOs) operating in the healthcare arena. Most SDOs produce standards (sometimes called specifications or protocols) for a particular healthcare domain such as pharmacy, medical devices, imaging or insurance (claims processing) transactions. Health Level Seven’s domain is clinical and administrative data. Our mission is to: "To provide standards for the exchange, management and integration of data that support clinical patient care and the management, delivery and evaluation of healthcare services. IHE est une "pseudo norme" élaborée et portée par un consortium d'industriels de matériel du monde de l'imagerie médicale , au sens large du terme qui a pour but de permettre les échanges de documents numérisés multimédias ( Texte images tracés etc)

C'est un peu mieux que le Fax actuel mais à part de booster les chiffres d'affaires de ces industriels IHE ne peut prétendre à etre la solution pour la mise en oeuvre d'un systeme d'information de santé

Les preconisations actuelles de IHE font référence à la norme HL7 version 2 la plus utilisée dans les hopitaux en France
Mais avec le consensus mondial sur le choix d'XML et solutions dérivés comme EBXML etc ..HL7 a opéré un virage semantique majeur en preconisant la version dite 3.0 tres orientée document .

Sauf erreur , la version 2.0 et 3.0 sont peu ou pas compatibles .

On comprend mieux ..l'optimisme ou l'inconscience de certains qui annoncent le deploiement du futur DMP en 6 mois !!

Ah j'avais pas vu :).

Il y a une autre erreur plus haut, ÉNORME celle là.

IHE, dans ce contexte, ne signifie surtout pas "Institute of Higher Education", mais "Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise" !

Il manque le H à ealth dans la définition HL7 ci-dessus.
